Tempering Process

Tempering is the core service we provide, using advanced ovens powered by European technology. Glass is intensely heated to toughen the outer surface, then rapidly cooled to create a tensioned core. This process strengthens the Glass, making it more impact-resistant and reducing the risk of dangerous shards upon breakage.

DGU Process

The DGU (Double Glazed Unit) process involves sealing two Glass panes with a spacer, creating an insulating air gap. This enhances thermal efficiency and reduces noise transmission. It’s ideal for energy-saving residential, commercial, and industrial applications that require superior sound and heat insulation.
